My Parents celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on Thanksgiving. What a blessing it is to have parents that love and support one another through the thick and thin of times. My parents are two very different people that work very well together. When it comes to solving problems they are both terrific. When I need to cry I usually call my Father and when I need to be motivated I call my Mother. My Father has hundreds of hobbies including motorcycles, fishing, hiking, explosives and many more. My father is fiercely loyal and would do anything for those he loves. No matter the situation he has your back. My Mother can shop with the very best and I am always worn out before she is. She is brilliant when it comes to organization and beauty. When she comes to visit she works her talents and your house is 100% better than before she came. She is grateful and kind to everyone around her. To say the least, I am grateful to have such wonderful parents.

Loved this post Emily. I love your parents too! I think they're more beautiful than they were 40 years ago. Their greatest accomplishments are named Jennifer, Clint and Emily. You are truly a fitting tribute to them. Love ya!
